Who are we ?
In the heart of Brie, Fromageire Ganot reveals its ripening secrets, a fundamental step in the finishing of the cheese. The selected bries, matured in our cellars, must meet very specific criteria, such as cow feed, the choice of producers and of course artisanal production. We are the only ones to offer you an ORGANIC Brie. To end the visit, a cheese tasting is offered to you, accompanied by a glass of wine and country bread.
